This week has been easier than last week, but only because I haven't gone out of town yet. It's when I'm traveling or on vacation that I slip into my old bad habits of eating.
Wish me luck as I'm going out of town again this weekend. :)

I love weight watchers. I had never tried it before this, and honestly had written it off as a "fad". But it really works. I love it!

OK, I tried twice, thinking I had done something wrong, but the linking is not working. Is it me? Or Blogger? Or Mr. Linky, that crazy guy!!??

This week was so much easier. I had a food plan that I followed, and when I felt hungry, I just kept reminding myself that "nothing tastes as good as thin feels." Hooray!

it's been a good week...few temptations and a schedule that allowed for exercise. yea!
I've put a recipe and a tip on my site.
Good luck everyone!

I'm still going strong! I'm struggling with reaching my Weight Watcher points for the day though - for the past 4 or 5 days I still end up with anywhere from 9-12 points left for the day!
Anyways I lost 4.5lbs this week so my grand total for the past 2 weeks is 14lbs lost! Hip Hip Horay!
Congrats everyone on your hard work! Keep up the great work :-)

Rough week for me - family illness, emotional highs and lows...but one pound down for a total of 8. Oh well, I'll win that 10 lb button THIS week!

I had somewhat of a loss. At least I'm headed in the right direction.

This week was harder, and some how I still lost! I am loving the WW Core plan, and maybe it's the 35 flex points (that I am not counting) that is still allowing me to lose. Whatever it is...HALLELUJAH!!!

Okay...sorry for the double entry - but it was too exciting NOT to repost - my 2 year old moved the dials on my scale and I suppose I was too tired to notice - my oldest daughter pointed it out when I told her I had only lost one pound. We reset it, and upon re-weighing - I am down a total of 11 pounds - a difference of FOUR from last week! Woo hoo!

This week was actually harder for me! But, I know why so I can try to avoid the same mistakes this week :)
We are going out of town for the long weekend and I'm a tad nervous about that though!

Well, I had a rough week - found out my mom is is ill, problems with my daughter, my 4 y.o. son having tantrums daily. I really need to turn to exercise instead of food to ease my tension. I will work on that this week.

Well this week was a little harder due to a few party obligations, but I still lost weight so I am very happy!

Nothing to report here. We've all been sick in my house, so I didn't stay on my plan, but, amazingly, the scale didn't go up, either. :)
Congrats to all who had a loss this week!

I was expecting a gain this week as I haven't been very careful with my eating. But my dryer broke this week and I've hung out 14+ loads of wash and the exercise must have cancelled out the pasta.

Yeah...the scale went down...by 2!! Any kind of progress is GRREEAT!!!
