I lost two...so I'm back to where I was two weeks ago before I (ahem) fell off the wagon!

I lost three pounds, for an overall loss of two....if anyone finds the ones I lost, I don't want them back, even if they have my name on them still......

I lost about 3 lbs.

I lost about 1.2 lbs. Which is good because I blew it a little last week. So far, I'm still only down 1.2 lbs. total.

I keep gaining and losing the same three to four lbs over and over! It is getting very frustrating! Does anyone have any suggestions for breaking through this? I'm not quite down to my lowest since I started this challenge. But I am 3lbs less than my highest since then.

I'm back down to 270 after having gained a few.

I am up another pound this week. Struggling through, but determined to press on!!

I'm up a pound from 2 weeks ago, but last week I was on a mini-vacation with my husband, so all things considered, I'm happy with where I'm at. I'm still less than when I started.
And this is a process, isn't it?

It seems like it was a tough week for a lot of people. There are so many foods out there right now that are tempting. But really, that is all the time. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Fourth of July. Around here it seems like every week or so is an opportunity to slash and burn the old dieting enthusiasm.
I lost a little, but not the four to five pounds that I was losing, but looking back at my fitday journal, I was consistently up in the 1500-1600 calorie range, whereas before I was at about 1200-1400. So it all counts. It really does.
I am going to try a lot harder.
I think also as the challenge goes on it gets tougher to hang in there. I give major credit to all those who are hanging tough and also to those who stop by to offer encouragement. You have been a blessing to me with my effort!!!

Stayed the same. Can't believe it's week 6!!
Posted by: J. Fergie | June 19, 2007 at 01:49 PM
week: -3
6-week total: -10
I've learned a lot of new habits this spring -- now I must be vigilant and get lazy about them.
Walk the line, everyone!

Ugly, ugly weigh in. :-D But I wasn't surprised after visiting mom's. And she sent us home with 3 loaves of her homemade bread. Sigh. It's the best bread in the world. Yeah, completely processed and refined ingredients. Nothing whole grain or healthy about it. Onward and DOWNWARD with poundage.

Down to 117 now, and will be posting a menu (with recipes) every night this week except date night (Friday).

I don't think I can take credit for my losing of that one pound. I had, what I think was a day of food poisoning. :-) or something...
I have been drinking LOTS of water - and trying to cut down my snacks to the more healthier choices...but that isn't easy in a house full of children and veggie-haters, to boot. :-)
I think this makes a whopper of 2lbs. *L* Oooo....

No loss or gain this week... But that is OK... :)

I have finally lost 5 pounds! Yay me! Now only 30 left to go... this is actually okay. By losing the weight so slowly there is a smaller chance of it coming back with friends. Congrats everyone who is focused on doing the challenge!

I'm back up 1.5 lbs. Had a really rough week with PMS (one of my worst months) and other stresses. At least I'm only up 1.5 lbs and not the 5 I expected.
Hope everyone else is doing well. This heat is terrible! It's too hot to do anything, especially exercise. hhhmmm.... I need to find a pool and some time. ;-)
Good luck everyone!

Ok I gained a whopping 4 lbs last week! I knew I was going to have a gain because I totally PIGGED out Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I even skipped weigh in Tuesday but then decided Wednesday that I needed to see the 'damage' so I could do damage control!
I'm slowly but surely getting back on track! Hopefully that 4 lbs will be gone again next week so that will put me back to my 20lbs lost since we started :-) If not I'm still ok with the 16lbs lost and I've lost TONS of inches so I'm happy with what's happening to my body even with the gain this past week :-)
