Time to weigh in everyone! How did you do this week?
If you need a reward button code or would like to be added to the blogroll, please e-mail Beth at scaletales@gmail.com. Also, I'm sorry to tell you that I will no longer be doing gold stars on the side panel of this blog. Unfortunately that whole process is so time consuming I just can't do it. I will keep the stars up there until September, however, I will continue to distribute reward button codes, quite happily, I might add!
FINALLY...do you have a favorite weight loss product that you enjoy eating? If so, PLEASE SHARE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION! Enquiring minds want to know!

I made the Weight Watchers zero point soup this week, and it was a nice lunch food. It helped with getting my veggies in, and was filling and satisfying.
I just searched for "weight watchers zero point soup" on Google and found it. Very easy, inexpensive, and tasty!

I don't know how early you all have to get in here to post! LOL, I have never been first, but at least I am here. I lost three lbs this week. I have been eating a lot more protein from lean foods such as turkey, lean beef, egg beaters and no fat milk and it seems to be helping me build up my strength. I feel great today, I hope everyone else does too! Now I am off to weigh in at my drs office. I always weigh about 3-4 lbs more with clothing on, but the alternative is not a good idea! Nekked in the drs office. I don't think so!

Let's just say that a trip to England is not good for the weight loss path. LOL Don't care, it was so totally worth it. I had a FABULOUS time! ;-)

week: -1
total lost: -11
Fiber One Honey clusters, I'd say -- with almonds and raspberries on top for added oomph.
I'd also say my new favorite is a high-protein smoothie -- some of the recipes are so good, I feel like I'm cheating. Lowfat chocolate milk, a banana, walnuts, little bit of yogurt, some protein powder, ice all blended up: nummy!

I have 8 pounds to go after having my baby May 13th!! I've been working my butt off biking/running. 3x each week.
I'm eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm full. Drinking loads of water and got all things junky out of the house. That is my weight loss product....water!!!

I'm still going in the wrong direction. I gained back two more pounds.

YEA!!! AFter 11 weeks I FINALLY get a gold star!
Favorite snack? No Pudge brownies. I love how I can make a single portion in the microwave and enjoy a warm, fudgy brownie for just 2 points and when it's done, so am I. No pan there to go back and get "just a bite more" (Hmmm...seeing why it was so hard to lose that pudge w/o Weight Wathers and having to record EVERY bite.)

It's not moving =( I can't stick to my routine & too many distractions at home. I'm also always tired. I feel hopeless but I'll keep trying.

Well, I went back up about 3 lbs, but I was on vacation last week and I did eat at restaurants every day, so I kind of expected that to happen. All things considered, I didn't gain that much when I think about the things I was eating last week.

Yowsers! I'm so going in the wrong direction! Several weeks ago I was down 24-25lbs but now I've gained so much weight back that my total loss is only 14lbs!!!
I've gotta get a grip here and get back on track.

My favorite snack right now are pretzel sticks. I eat the salt off first then eat the stick. The longer I make them last, the less I want to snack.

I am a fudge bar addict so my fave snack is Skinny Cow's Fudge Bar for only 1 point!! It was actually just in Rachel Ray's Everyday Magazine as one of the best fudge bars not even for being healthy. It is a thick bar so you get a lot of bang for the 1 point and is so creamy...okay maybe I will need to go get one for my morning snack now!! Congrats to all the losers and good luck in week 12!
