I wanted to write just a quick tip. Check your produce department for a packet of salsa mix from ConAgra. They make hot and mild and you just add roma tomatoes and onions (diced). I have never had salsa that is this good and it is only 5 calories per serving over the amount that you would find in tomatoes. I get pretzel crisps and dip with those.
