This is the eighth week since we began tracking our weight together. Some of us are doing better than we expected, some aren't losing as quickly as you'd like and some people don't seem to be losing at all...how are you doing?
If you feel stuck, consider creating a mini goal for the next week, for instance, lose one pound over the course of the next seven days (or any loss for that matter!) or exercise every day, each week after that continue to make a mini goal to motivate you to make those important changes in your life.

I'm very pleased with weight watchers and my results thus far. I've lost 10 pounds and feel content with that.
Hugs to everyone on the challenge. I know some weeks it is so hard and other weeks it just seems so easy. At least that's how it is for me. : ) I will be happy when things finally balance out - if that ever happens.

Been a really hard few weeks... I was treated really badly because of my weight. I think my mini goal for the next week is just going to have to be "just keep swimming... just keep swimming..." people really need to learn about the power and affect of their words. blah. I do have to say that reading others stories does help with this though.

No weight gain and I am pleased with that. Just got home from vacation and ready to get back to work. I am not quitting. No sir! I am ready to get back on track.

Not down, but also not up. Ditching the soda this week and cranking up the H2O. Mini goal: lose 1 pounds by next weigh-in. :D

Mini-goal: Stick to South Beach and take my herbs & vitamins! Actually, that seems more like a huge goal since I really haven't done that for a week or so....
I'm going to stick to SB today! And pop my vitamins right now! :o)

I love the idea of mini-goals. Mine for next week is to keep up with the exercise, and do better tracking points. I recently switched back to the WW Points Plan from the Core plan, and I am still struggling with the counting. It's a "discipline thing"...But hey-- I lost two pounds, so SOMETHING's working!! Woohoo! I really expected a gain this week because I've got back cramps and have been pms'ing pretty badly. So I was thrilled to mark even a small loss. :-D

I lost 0.6 lbs since last week. Woo... hoo. ;-)
On the other hand, I have my period this week, so the fact that I haven't gained 5 lbs in water weight is a miracle. So I suppose the fact that I lost anything is actually quite good.
