I can't link in, because I have already written my post, but I can tell you here what I have been doing. I take seafood and use a non-caloric rub on it, such as a citrus or bbq rub, then I add a bag of frozen veggies into the steamer and cook them together. I serve it over rice with a little teriyaki or orange sauce. It is very satisfying and super healthy.
