I lost my first 11 pounds with Weight Watchers pretty easy.......I am STRUGGLING though now. I find myself sneaking downstairs to eat turtles at night! I need help and support!

THis week was sort of hard for me. I was retaining fluid pretty badly, but yesterday when it dropped off I felt lifted way up because I wasn't looking at the same old numbers on the scale. Now I am one pound from my next mini-goal. It has taken me nearly a month to get to it.

Went pretty well for me. I had some challenges b/c of a birthday, but I still lost weight!

I'm actually just starting this week. I was sick last week, so I decided to put off starting until now.

I weigh in weekly on Fridays ... and alas, I was up a half a pound on Friday. My weekend had been action packed and I ate way too much. But it's a good thing I got a lot of exercise in. And I drank lots of water.

Ha. Once again, NO CHANGE! I know what I've done wrong though, so this week I'm focusing on fruits and veggies and prayer time.

It was a small loss for me, though bigger than most in the last few weeks, but it allowed me to reach an important goal, so I'm very happy with my results! :)

I had a good week. -3.4lbs for a total of -13.8 in 3 weeks. I'm following Weight Watchers very closely, but not finding it difficult or feeling deprived. I know the first couple of weeks a lot of the weight was water, but now I'm into fat losing mode and it feels good. My pants definately feel looser although I don't think it's noticeable to the general public yet. One week at a time, and when that seems too daunting, one meal at a time!

Wow! There are some impressive losses already! I'm pretty content with my small loss as I went back to WW in July and ended up about 3 lbs. UP by the end of the summer!

week: -1
total: -1
weird week: I exercised more, but my weight hardly budged. At least it didn't rocket up like it sometimes does. We'll take the small victories.

Hi! I'm joining in this week after bombing on the first challenge. I'm officially starting today, but I actually started last week, just didn't blog it, and I've already lost 6 pounds!!! But I will start today using my weight today as the starting point.

Down 2 lbs. 3 lbs the previous week.

I was doing fine making progress through Monday, then yesterday the sodium overload got me from eating out. Bummer. I was sure I'd be reporting 1 to 2 lbs off.
Hello, next week!

I'm in week 2 of my re-commitment to weight watchers, and things are going really well. I just need to find some exercise motivation!

Off to a bit of a slow start with that time of the month coming up. But I've been doing weight training 3 days a week and loving it. My thighs and butt were screaming the first few days, but that's where I need loss the most, so I'll cope! ;-) Woot!
Come visit my blog and dance with me! :-D

Hi. I just found this site. Can you tell me about this challenge? Is it too late to join? Thanks.
Posted by: Susan | September 26, 2007 at 01:50 PM
Susan, I was going to visit you and tell you everyone is welcome at any time but I'm not a xanga member. There's an older post that describes how to join and what we do in the challenge. All are welcome! :-)

The weekends are still proving to be my downfall but this weekend I have a plan! So, hopefully once I get that under control it'll be easy sailing. GOOD LUCK LADIES!!!!

I'm still only going to measure my loss in inches. It's better for me that way. :) I've been walking almost daily and I'm feeling much better. I'm also trying to think about food choices. Overall I lost 2.5 inches, with most of that being in my chest (ugh) and hips (yeah!). Well, on to next week!!

I did not lose weight this week. I am slowly making some changes, but I see that I must work harder. At least I didn't gain any!

Week 1 down, and I'm up a pound! ugh.... got my period coming in another day, hoping that is all it is...
Posted by: Kini | September 26, 2007 at 06:54 PM
I maintained, which is better than gaining. I hope to lose at least 2 lbs. this next week. I am back to following my first few weeks of weight watcher's menus again.
