I am down two this week, this has been the norm for me for quite some time. I know that next week and the week after that are my tough weeks with hormones raging and taste buds craving, but hopefully I can hang tough.

Down one and in need of a good kick to get me started properly again. Well done everyone else!

Actually, I looked back at last week and I was 178, so I am down three. I'll take it, I am not complaining.

another week gone by so fast!

yeah, I don't want to lose all my weight too fast, or what would I do with the rest of the challenge? ;)

I'm down just a tiny titch. But I'll take it!

Well, a stomach bug (aka viral gastroenteritis) is good for one's weigh-in. I'm showing a 4.4 weight loss.

I'm assuming it's misleading, and once I rehydrate the number will tick up. A mighty gross way to lose weight.

The Princess

I'm down 0.8 from my weigh-in last week. Almost a pound, so not too bad.

Down another pound for a total of 3.

To my surprise I'm down another pound! Yippee! Just think of the results if I actually gave it my all. ~ Way to go everyone else!

I gained 1/2 a pound. It is only fair to share gains as well as losses. Right? I guess that it is all part of the journey. Next week will hold a better report!

Another week has passed and I'm still holding steady to 170 pounds.

No loss / No gain.

I'll take it but really, when is that number going to budge!

I've been steadily losing this week, so I'm VERY happy. I've got a lot to do today so I may be late visiting everyone, but I will get to it later! :-)

I haven't started full fledge exercise yet, but with my calorie counting, I am down 2 more pounds this week!

Everyone has been an inspiration to me! I am so thankful to have others who I can count on to do this with me!

After much frustration (and birthday cake last Friday, and all the prior "I'm old now" emotional eating), I'm down 1/2 lb. Phew!

Down 2.4...Very happy!

+-0, At least I didn't gain anything!
Goal for next week is simple:
I am going to be a LOSER!!
Keeping it simple next week!
A total of 11 lbs lost.

Down 1 this week, and loving being a loser!

Down another pound. Noticing I'm losing the excitement of it, need to find a way to get things fun again.

THis week I broke the 30 lb lost barrier, loosing another 3 lbs!

I'm so proud of everyone for keeping the effort going! Reading all of your posts has given me so much inspiration and motivation. Thank you all!!
