*To the first six or so individuals who entered their information into Mr. Linky this morning, I'm sorry to say that you will have to re-enter your link. There was an error and all links were lost. I apologize for the inconvenience!*
Hopefully the holiday did not cause a negative effect on your results today! Best of luck!
By the way, I believe I am caught up on adding all the links to the blogroll that have been e-mailed to me, however, if I have somehow missed you, please send me an e-mail to Beth at scaletales AT gmail DOT com.

Great week for me, but I am climbing that hormonal roller coaster today. I love the easy weeks, like this past one, but the hard ones teach me more.

Not a bad week. I lost a little which is better than a gain!

So I gained a pound, but I'm not surprised! There's always next week, starting TODAY!

Ooops, sorry I'm up there twice. The first time, it said server error and booted me out, so I did it again and suddenly there was two. Dang computers.

I can't see Mr. Linky? So I'll just post in the comments.
Lost 2.2 this week for a grand total of 33.8 (in 12 weeks!).
That puts me right on track for trying to total 40 pounds lost by my birthday in 3 weeks. We'll see!

Doing pretty well although it could be because I can't eat anything except soft foods. I had a great Thanksgiving. Check out this weeks weigh in post to see what has been happening. http://tuttlefamilyadventures.blogspot.com/2007/11/weight-thing.html

Life is NUTS here. I posted today--a very disjointed post, but the best I could get out with the time I have.
I really want to come and visit all of your sites, and I'll try, but I'm not sure I can pull it off.

I went down only .2 this week, but after 2 turkey dinners, I am happy with it! :)

Mr. Linky must still be down -- I don't see him.
I had rather an odd week with weigh-ins.

After using Spark People for just one week, I am back on track again! I lost 2 pounds this week!!!

Yes, I'm down 5 pounds this week, but since I'd gained 5 in Texas, I'm still only down 4 for the challenge. Urgh. But since I got my period on Sunday, I'm pretty happy that I got back down. Last night before bed I was still in Onderland and that's been one of my goals. So hopefully I can continue a downward trend, slow though it be for me. At this rate, I won't make my goal weight until I'm 50! :-P My baby turns 18 today, so I'll be busy, but will try to visit everyone later.

Since I started my weight loss journey on 9-1-07 I have lost 20#
I have lost 13 since the challenge began.
Whoo-hoo!

I was hoping my first weigh-in would be more substantial, but I guess I should be happy for 1 pound. At least I didn't gain any weight, which was my usual trend.

I'm up one pound from 169 to 170. Damn pie.

Hi!
Just to say "Hi" and let everyone know that I have lost 97 lbs total, started Jan.31 2007. In 2008 I will reach my goal of 161.
Posted by: Ms Ingrid | November 29, 2007 at 11:55 AM
Wow - Down a pound! I wrote that I have 17 to go for my first goal, but that is wrong, it's really just 16... I am feeling good, but also feeling that the .5 - 1 lb losses are SOOOO slow and that I will NEVER make my January goal. I suppose weighing less than when I started is good, but MAN I don't want to lose my MOJO before I get to someplace new. For me that's the 180s!
