I'm really hoping Halloween had no effect on your weight this week. Did it? Did you just say no to the chocolate? Tell us how you did!

Halloween wasn't a problem for me. I have no kids that brought home candy, and I live in an apartment where I don't get any trick or treaters.... so thankfully, no roadblocks for me this past week! Hope others were successful as well!

Avoided the chocolate, had some sugar free stuff.

I skipped the Halloween candy, it wasn't really tempting, but I was very grateful that Halloween did sync up with my menstrual cycle!!

It wasn't the candy that got to me, it was the high sodium foods back to back three nights in a row and then allowing over eating the next day. Four bad days in a row made for a nine pound gain but luckily I got back on track and dropped 8 of those 9 pounds for a 1 pound gain...yes, considering the circumstances, I'm happy about only a one pound gain. Hoping for a nice loss next week...and every week after.

So, down 0.6, which isn't great, but was enough to get me to the Weight Watchers 10% goal. I had a really good week, so I was a little disappointed by the number this week. But on Weigh In day, I wasn't able to walk to or from work due to shin splints, and our head office came in that morning and fired our entire accounting department, so needless to say, my tummy was really upset! It was a loss though, and I'll take it!

week: 0
total: -5.5
We always have little candies around, for a little after-dinner sweet (it works because I'm not home a lot). But I must learn to apply the same restraint to the sushi bar.

No change is better than a gain. I'm going to be happy that I ate about 10% the Hallowe'en candy I usually do; I increased my pedometer steps to at least 6000 per day, and one day did over 10000; and I'm doing NaNoWriMo and I cracked 10000 words last night (okay, it's not all physical health accomplishments!)!

Thankfully we didn't let the kiddo get very much candy - so there was nothing here to be tempted by. Woohoo! (Unfortunately I do WANT some chocolate, so I am forcing myself to not run out and buy any - busting my nutrition AND my budget. lol)

Still pressing on and losing! I hope this pattern continues. Still need to do MORE exercise. I notice that when I do Tae-Bo, that I lose more inches around my waist each time! It just seems to melt the pounds away!
Anyway...I have been extremely busy lately with no sign of things slowing down, but better to be busy than to be idle.

Not too happy. I've been eating well and working out every day. I want more results!!!!! :-P Changing my workout. Prevention magazine has a band workout that they said was more effective than weights, yoga and pilates. We'll see.

I think the chinese I ate last night affected my weigh in today so I'm hoping for an even bigger loss next week. GOOD LUCK LADIES!!!!

Oops, I entered my name w/o adding weight loss. Another 1 lb. Bit by bit, right?
Anyway... Halloween wasn't too bad. I don't really like candy that is 'pure sugar.' Stuff like smarties. And thats a lot of what my daughter collected.
I'm fighting the constant "hungry" feeling. When I had started weight watchers last year, I remember that the first days are so hard, but then your body adjusts to it and your just fine. Well, I think I'm almost to that point this time around, but not there quite yet!

Stayed the same...Better luck next week

Fun size candy bars are the devil, I tell you!! I emptied them from my house and tookt hem to my school for school store, BIG mistake I just ate them there as my students drove me crazy. I gave them all away today!!

well I did give in and have some halloween candy, but I can say that it didnt affect my weight. I think TOM and some salty gyros did on Monday when I weighed in, but today was down again so I think I had a great week.

It wasn't the candy...it was the chocolate cake! And the queso wrap! And the fact that I didn't work out Monday or Tuesday. But...the good news is...I didn't GAIN. Ya gotta look at the bright side when you can, eh? LOL

the chocolate wasn't even an issue - ah if only chocolate were cheap in cambodia!
but i have been drinking a lot of coffee recently, kmer style, which means a couple of tablespoons of condensed milk. but i have stopped drinking beer for a whole week so that should be going something, eh?

I'm coming late to the party, but hoping to stay motivated for good this time. Halloween candy hasn't been a problem, but I think the pumpkin pie is going to do me in next week!
