So far so good this week. Gearing up for Turkey day so that it is a success and not a minefield! Happy Thanksgiving!

This week was a breeze. I don't have many where I am not fighting it all the way, but it was easy as pie. Not sure why. But I am glad to be back in the 160's again!

OK, I am not checking in until I get back home. Texas is DANGEROUS to diets. ;-) (Said many non-family words to the scale in the fitness room!)

I haven't reported in for a few weeks...in that time I've at least lost one thing -- my online identity. ;) Due to a messy real life situation, I had to ditch my old blog and identity and get a new one. The second half of my new name is the same as the second half of the old one, so that should give you a clue. Didn't lose any weight last week, but I'm still counting that as a victory. Come visit and see why. :)
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Down 1 after a VERY dangerous weekend party... Can we say spiced, warm cashews.... I couldn't stay away from the bowl! And now Turkey day... I can handle it.... I have a goal to reach... 17 more lbs to go! Happy Thanksgiving to you all!!

week: +2
total: -6
I'm re-re-committing. Had some busy weeks when fast food was some of the only food I was getting. Be glad to change that starting today. Late today because of early meetings, etc.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Maintained (sigh) but my waist is totally shrinking in my dress pants, so I hope it is just I am putting a lot of muscle on - what else can explain it? Maybe I am retaining more water?? Who knows.
